These cheeseburger bombs are stuffed with juicy beef, melty cheddar, and wrapped in flaky buttermilk biscuits for a fun, portable twist on a classic burger.
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced pickles
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 can (8 oz) buttermilk biscuits
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Cook beef with garlic and onion powder until browned; drain excess fat.
3. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, cheddar, and pickles; set aside.
4. Flatten biscuits into 4-inch rounds.
5. Spoon 2 tbsp beef mixture onto each biscuit center.
6. Fold dough over filling, pinching edges to seal.
7. Place bombs seam-side down on baking sheet.
8. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
9. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
