These roast beef and cheese Hawaiian roll sliders are buttery, cheesy, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick meal—these sliders are layered with savory roast beef, melty provolone and cheddar, and topped with a flavorful garlic butter glaze.
12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
12 slices thin roast beef (deli or homemade)
6 slices cheddar cheese or Havarti
4 tbsp salted butter, melted
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves connected.
3. Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
4. Layer roast beef and cheese evenly on the bottom half of the rolls.
5. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Brush the butter mixture over the top halves of the rolls.
7. Place the top halves on the sliders and brush again with remaining butter glaze.
8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Try mixing cheeses for added depth—Havarti and sharp cheddar work well.
Add horseradish sauce or chipotle mayo for extra flavor.
Make ahead and refrigerate; reheat before serving.
