1 pack of pink buldak carbonara ramen
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk or cream
Chopped scallions
Grated parmesan
Optional: bacon bits, spinach or corn
1. Boil noodles in 2 cups water for 4 minutes.
2. Reserve 2–3 tbsp of noodle water, then drain remaining.
3. Return noodles to low heat, stir in sauce and creamy base.
4. Add milk and egg yolk, stir quickly until glossy.
5. Top with scallions and cheese. Serve hot.
Adjust spice by adding only half the sauce packet first.
Add cooked vegetables or proteins based on preference.
Try topping with shredded seaweed or sesame seeds for texture.
