These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are packed with juicy chicken, golden garlic, and melty cheese, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Quick to make, ultra satisfying, and perfect for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp grated parmesan

4 large flour tortillas

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sour cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until done, 6–8 minutes per side.

3. Let chicken rest, then slice into strips.

4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to make garlic sauce.

5. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.

6. Spread garlic sauce on each tortilla.

7. Add sliced chicken, cheeses, and any optional fillings like lettuce or tomatoes.

8. Fold bottom, then sides of tortilla over fillings and roll tightly.

9. Toast the wrap in a skillet or air fryer until golden and cheese is melted.

10. Serve warm with your favorite side or dipping sauce.

Notes

You can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different protein.

Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick.

Make the garlic sauce ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
