Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (divided)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup broken graham cracker pieces
  • 2 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars, broken into pieces

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven – Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Make crust – In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Layer it up – Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust. Sprinkle half the marshmallows, all the chocolate chips, and graham cracker pieces on top. 🍫
  4. Bake part one – Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
  5. Final marshmallow layer – Add the remaining marshmallows. Return to oven for 10–15 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown and edges bubbly.
  6. Finish with chocolate – Place chocolate bar pieces on top while still warm. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares. 🍪

👉 Bars will be gooey when warm, but firm up as they cool. For cleaner slices, let them cool completely.
