These juicy beef sliders are the perfect mini burgers—packed with flavor, easy to make, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Ideal for parties, weeknight dinners, or game day snacks.
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8–10 mini burger buns
Cheese slices (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, mayo
1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Divide into 8–10 equal portions and shape into mini patties, thinner in the center.
3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side.
4. Add cheese slices in the last minute of cooking to melt.
5. Toast mini buns lightly while the patties cook.
6. Assemble sliders: bottom bun, patty, toppings of your choice, and top bun.
7. Serve immediately with fries, coleslaw, or grilled veggies.
Don’t overmix the beef—gentle mixing keeps the sliders tender.
Try paprika or chili powder in the beef for added flavor.
Mini brioche or potato buns work great for a soft bite.
Use a meat thermometer to reach 160°F for medium-well.
