2 tsp smoked paprika

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

1 can diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to your crockpot in the order listed.

2. Stir to combine, then cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

3. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.

4. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
