Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a mouthwatering combination of juicy beef, melty cheese, and aromatic garlic-parmesan goodness wrapped in golden, buttery dough. Ready in just 30 minutes, these bite-sized snacks are perfect for busy weeknights, game days, or any time you want a flavor-packed treat!
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp garlic butter
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning.
2. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Let the heat from the beef melt the cheese into the mixture. Remove from heat once it’s all melted and combined.
3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface. Flatten each biscuit into a small round, enough to hold the cheeseburger mixture.
4. Spoon a portion of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges of the dough together, forming a ball. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling.
5. Place the bomb-shaped dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each one with a generous amount of garlic butter, then sprinkle with a little more parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
6. Bake the bombs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
7. Let the bombs cool for a few minutes, then serve them hot. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of crispy fries!
Don’t overstuff the biscuits to prevent tearing.
Experiment with cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
Use fresh, high-quality garlic butter for the best flavor.
Bake until golden brown for a crispy outside and fluffy inside.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze before baking for later use.
